I suppose it helps that it's you that comes as you know our setup, previously we would get different guys from the maintenance company who I had to pay while they figured out our setup before even looking at the fault we phoned them for.

David Rhind was initially commissioned in 2004 to upgrade our computer system from three standalone workstations to a larger network integrating a server. As all existing equipment was being replaced, David advised us of the various options open to us in regard to suitability and cost. Once purchased he was responsible for the entire project. This involved more than configuring the new systems (email, internet access, importing old data etc) but also included having all cabling installed as we had just purchased new office space. The project was finished well in advance and under budget.
So pleased were we with David's work (including his ability to interact with our staff) we entered into a long term agreement in regard to maintenance. Since then he has been regarded as one of our team overseeing all IT related projects (creation of web-based database, new staff email requirements, system updates).
In order to handle miscellaneous difficulties David has remote access to our network. For those problems that require personal visits we had no problem supplying David with his own set of keys to our offices along with the necessary alarm codes. Mr. Rhind is trustworthy, punctual and reliable. With his background in banking he is particularly adept at integrating systems with a high level of security.
