In order to save downtime we can remotely access your computer (you need to let us in - we can't just connect any old time). This can save you having to wait for a call out. Although not all problems can be solved via remote access, many times they can.

Remote repairs are charged at the standard rate but charged in 15 minutes increments rather than hourly.
